GAD webinar for PG-COPS conducted

The University’s Gender and Development Resource Center (GADRC), in partnership with the Provincial Government – Cavite Office of Public Safety (PG-COPS), conducted a webinar on GAD entitled “Equalizing the Difference” for the  21 female and 60 male personnel of PG-COPS last November 19-20, 2020 via video conferencing.

Ms. Claudette Trixia M. Flores, PRO III of PG-COPS, welcomed the participants and speakers of the webinar. Dr. Susan G. Tan, Training and Extension Services Unit Head of GAD-RC, discussed the Anti-Sexual Harassment Act of 1995 and the Safe Spaces Act while Ms. Raecel A. Estebat, OIC, GAD-RC discussed the Use of Gender-Fair Language.

The talk was followed by an open forum with Ms. Flores of PG-COPS acting as moderator.
