β€’ picture of the Officers with caption identifying the individual position
β€’ Constitution-and By-Laws approved by the Officers and the Advisers
β€’ Updated list of members
β€’ Bio data of the Organization Officers
β€’ Certificate of Good Moral of the Officers
β€’ Acceptance Letter from the Adviser

β€’ Financial Report
